It is my
turn to step on deck and pitch in.
I am a Christian
African American home school mother of three and a mother to four. I've
been home schooling for five years and it has produced both good and bad, but thanks be to
GOD that through it all he has strengthened me. I have learned on
this journey that you are not too old to learn. The subjects I used to dread, I
now enjoy teaching to my children and I now realize that they weren't really
that bad.
This
journey has been a blessing to me for it has afforded me the opportunity to
develop a deeper relationship with my children and also to impart more biblical
wisdom to them. Combining my motherly and wifely duties alongside being the
teacher has definitely been challenging, but it has deepened my appreciation
for teachers and other homeschooling moms!
I will
continue to post my thoughts and experiences from a Christian point of view.

Being wife, mama, and teacher certainly does come with it's challenges, but God is faithful, and His mercies are new every morning! Blessings to you and yours :o)
